1. Users of the website are obliged to fulfill the Contract of adhesion on the use of the website of the Internet edition "GORDON".
2. Text materials (copyright objects) posted on the website of the Internet edition "GORDON" (hereinafter – materials) may be used by any users without obtaining written permission of the Editorial Board of the Internet edition "GORDON" and on a gratuitous basis only on condition of establishing a hyperlink link in the form of: Internet edition "GORDON" (https://gordonua.com), placed in the first paragraph of the copied material. When copying text materials and/or combined materials containing a text part from the website of the Internet edition "GORDON", a direct hyperlink to the page of the copied material, open for search engines, is mandatory for Internet editions. The link must be placed regardless of the full or partial use of the material. The hyperlink (for online publications) must be placed in the subheading or the first paragraph of the material.
In case of full or partial quotation of materials from the website of the Internet edition "GORDON", a verbal reference (for TV and radio programs) and a written reference (for printed publications) is mandatory.
2. Any use of photo, graphic, video, audio and other materials posted on the website of the Internet edition "GORDON" and in special projects of the Internet edition "GORDON" belonging to the Internet edition "GORDON" and other third parties is prohibited. If it is necessary to use photo, video and audio materials of the online edition " GORDON", users must obtain in advance a written permission (consent) of the Editorial Board of the online edition "GORDON" to use such materials on a paid basis.
3. The information placed on the website of the Internet edition "GORDON" in the places reserved for advertising materials and/or placed on the website of the Internet edition "GORDON" under the designation "advertisement" is advertising material and belongs to third parties. The editorial board is not responsible for the accuracy of the information contained in advertising materials.
4. The editorial board does not provide reference information.
5. It is strictly prohibited to reprint, copy, reproduce or otherwise use materials that contain reference to Interfax-Ukraine and Ukrainian News agencies.
6. Publications marked with the letter G are exclusive materials of the GORDON online edition.
Addendum regarding the necessity of written authorization
The use of materials of the Internet edition "GORDON" posted on the portal of the Internet edition "GORDON" by means of their full or partial reproduction by news aggregators of mobile applications is allowed only with the written permission of the Internet edition "GORDON".
The term "news aggregators" shall mean any software, application, service or web resource that collects the content of information resources via RSS feeds or other means and partially or fully reproduces them for users in the form of blocks, streams, news feeds, etc.
The GORDON online edition grants written permission to use its materials at its own discretion to the owner of the news aggregator on the basis of its request sent electronically to [email protected].
The GORDON online edition reserves the right to request any additional information from the owner of the news aggregator necessary to make a decision on granting written permission.
The use of materials of the GORDON online edition is possible only after obtaining written permission, which can be sent to the postal address of the owner of the news aggregator or electronically to his e-mail address. The written authorization may apply to a separate material (materials) or to all current and future materials on the resources of the portal of the online edition "GORDON" and is valid for the period specified in it.
